Got infracted for this, but b1b actually scammed me

I SCAMMED @GRAVE BAN ME LMAO

I asked this thread to be moved to report a scammer forums as it's evidence/admission of guilt by @b1b for scamming me 3,000 XRP. I sent "b1b" (also known as "Arabic Mickey Mouse" and informally known as "Aviv") 3000 Ripple (more specifically 2,999.98 + 0.02 fee) on 5/05/2017.





The Ripple value went up 2x and I reminded him to pay me again a few months later. I let him know it's doubled so he can just give me the half and keep half, no harm no foul. Instead he decided to keep it as the value continued to climb.

He never paid me initially for the Ripple at the value it was when it was sent, and still has not paid me.

I don't have much other logs of the trade since he used to be my friend and I used to trust him, but multiple people should be able to verify this took place as they were in my Discord around the time it occurred. b1b also admitted this himself in private message, and on Sythe in the spam forum where the explicitly said it wasn't a joke and that he SCAMMED me (not scan, etc.)

I no longer want to be paid back the initial value of the XRP on 5/05/2016. @b1b has had multiple chances to pay me back portion of the XRP or money, but he hasn't. If I had kept the XRP instead of transferring it to him, when I sold my initial batch it was worth 2x the value. If he listened to me and paid me my money when it doubled and kept half, I could have invested it elsewhere. Someone can't just keep 3K XRP for several months as the value climbs. I would prefer he be banned or at the very least receive a reasonable portion of XRP, at the very least 1,500 (even if the value drops to nothing or goes up further) which is what the value would have been of the money owed if he were to pay me the second time I requested to be paid.

So I've reviewed this, and by the looks of it he ignored the initial payment, and the reminder when Ripple doubled.

The agreement you decided on (which he seemed to ignore as well) was:

@Grave You agreed to receive half (1,500 shares of Ripple), therefore that is what is currently owed. I've placed a DNT on @b1b in the meantime until he refunds that. Try to get in contact with him, and keep me updated on whether or not he refunds / chooses not to, thanks.

 

we agreed I'd pay him $300 cash, he never gave me his address
he's vindictively posting this now because xrp is doing so well and I have no intention of paying him back the ripple

Obviously you knew what I meant. I don't need to know everything about Ripple to use common sense, therefore your statement carries zero significance to this report.

The context is pretty straight forward. He owed Grave $ for the Ripple he purchased for him, however refused to pay, therefore @b1b continued to hold onto it, and after he made another request for him to pay up, he refused to pay out yet again, therefore he's scamming him (not sure how you can overlook that).

When was this agreement made? Can you provide proof of this?
