    He's already DNT'd due to the other report on him at the moment, however in regards to this report you never paid him his money @osrsplayer95, therefore you owe him a refund. This would be a different story if the gold was already delivered, but it wasn't. If you have proof that he's a staff member @osrsplayer95, then provide it, but from what it shown you can't just hold his 07 GP when you never delivered the RSPS GP.
