50 75 1 and 82 Mage = 60m 07 completion time ~90-100Hours
for higher str/mage lmk

Well you have a budget of 125m. Unfortunately will probably be alot more. Money comes with a more trusted user. I would suggest making paying for an account to be built however like i said you will probs have to up your budget just a tad.
