is giving someone an acocunt against rules?

Is it against the rules if my friend gives me a really good account that he isnt going to use it anymore.

No of course it isn't against the rules i mean when you click the report abuse buttom where it says account sharing/trading is just there o scare people nothing else. No seriously though how can you be lvl 106 and not know this?

 

its is against the rules but u mostlikely wont be caught, and he might be a h4x0r, that might explain where he got the account

 

because the lvl 106 account was givin to me lol, and it was locked so im just wondering if thats why it is locked
