Where to buy a 2003 steam Account?

Hey uh i was hopeing if any one knew where to buy a 2003 steam account.....reason that i want to buy it is cause i mostly hate how i joined on 2011 ..... im willing to pay 25$ that is il get paid by the end of the month so can any one give me a safe link to buy steam acc with 2003 member since

I have a steam account since September 13, 2003 but it is limited only if you add 5 $ you can add friends or have access to the community market
