Ban evader using VPN.
He explained saying he does not use sythe, an all of the sudden made one when trying to make a transaction

 

Do you have any definite proof that the user is ban evading?

Claim's he does not have a sythe account, or use it. An said he got approved to use sythe.. Clearly an evader, an he has 2 different ip's on his audit.

 

There's no proof that the user is ban evading. His audit is clean as well.
