Well for all you unbelievers, i gave this guide a shot, althought you wont be making 1b straight away, it does take practice, here is what i came up with in a short time of working it out.
(No i do not play often, no that is not the place for the guide, and no it has nothing to do with the GE message)

 

Is it worth buy, how long did it take to make that?
