Sir jeff tried scamming me

About a month ago I made a thread "paying 60m to anyone who can tell me this" i was asking about that dwarvern lore book people used to stall with so sir jeff pmed me and was willing to show me how it was done instead he shows me an alternate method which at the time I thought was the actual method anyway I pay him the 60m and he tells me how...... so 1 month later I send him a pm of a video of somebody else using the book doing it a completely different way (this was the original way which is patched now) he then trys to say that he knows of this method and is willing to tell me for "50m upfront this time" he refuses to show me himself doing the method in game giving me all sorts of excuses when all it would show is him reading a book uploading screenshots of conversation now
