    How is uploading Photoshop CS3 illegal?
    As long as I do not post the keygen, it isn't illegal.

    They wont work for me.... i down load the winrar and its 5.9kb... and it wont open says its damaged or somthing.

    Okay first of all, Syteh rules does not allow sharez on its site. This is breaking the rules and is damn illegal

    No. Its not illegal but the keygen is and he isnt uploading that is he? He's basicly doing the makers of cs3 a favour by getting more people to download it the pay for the full thing but they dont know people use keygens..

    Ive also read the showcase rules. and there it is not against the rules.

    Just saying now, this is not illegal, this is just a download link for CS3, which you require a Key for. He is not posting a direct link to warez.

    Yeah, if it's 5.95kb it means that rapidnab has reached it's bandwitdth limit.

    There's sort of a loophole here, as long as he doesn't post the keygen, and only links to the trial for photoshop, it's not considered warez... but it is in the wrong section so i'm moving it.
