Right' introductions out of the way...I'm currently developing a website, based on...nothing yet.

I need some peepz to help me out with GFX, 'coding', and prehaps some st0of for a forum!

PS- My site is currently ranked 'SHITTY' in my minds eye.

Hi there. You would need to find a good design or template if you want your site to look nice. The way you coded your page won't be any better with logos and images. Some good template sites are zymic.com, clantemplates.com, etc. Also, the ads on the header is a big factor to your site looking like this. Since you already have a domain, why not get paid hosting? its a 2 minute job, but its clear and works well for simple things. I wouldn't get a 'host' so to say, because the webpanel hosting etc really sucks. The hosting on which this layout is on is a server that is being hired by my mate, running Gentoo Linux.

This is much better because you can SSH in to the server, install programs (TeamSpeak, Ventrilo server etc.), and use all of the functionality of Linux pretty much - over a secure connection. The rad thing about these servers is they are preconfigured and ready for use as soon as you hire.

Macroman, what makes you so pro at creating forums? After you upload via FTP, it takes little more than 2 minutes to set up basic info and mysql databases (then another five to tweak it up a bit). Active forums are not based on the themes, or anything like that - it's the content. If you have good content, you'll have good users, and many of them.
