[WTB] 3 digit steam id

Good day, everyone. I wish to buy a 3 digit account but not any 3 digit. I am looking for particular ones.

They must have:
- OE
- 1 word logins
- popular English email provider (hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
- no [unknown] in name history
- VAC clean
- if there are games, PoP is a must. (HL1 is an exception though cause those are really difficult to acquire.)

Every other requirement isn't really important. But I want one with OE from an english website.

High or low digits dont matter.
If possible an account with beta badges is a plus. I am willing to add
I am also willing to add if there are csgo coins such as the 2015 and 2016 veteran badge.
I am also willing to add again if there are tf2 items (primeval warrior, cheaters lament, etc.)

I have one but if you are one of those retards to ask login and other shit just to bail at the last minute then don't even bother. Mine is from early 2012 and inactive so you won't be locked. Forget PayPal right now. And since the average price is around $600 from Russians, mine's at $500 and you WILL be paying in items or BTC (your fees). Forget MM as well, I don't type out the logins to anyone here. I bet you're one of those morons that waste time though.

This is the attitude responsible for rare IDs being locked and PayPal payments being reversed. There are only three people selling 3 digits and they are all banned here *surprise*, you won't find any besides mine unless you try to buy one off someone who's bought from them to begin with - and the chances of you being locked are high - so I would not recommend it. Me buying a few of them doesn't mean they are locked. I am constantly flipping accounts for a possible upgrade. I actually already have a seller I approached a few mins ago selling to me for €400. We spoke, he verified he owns the account but doesn't use it. The best part is we spoke irl. He is the very first owner.

Btw I have only been dealing with paypal, except for the 2 most recent purchases, and they have never had any problems with me.

Shit 3 digit ids with noname African email providers and crappy logins go for $400+. You better be willing to empty the savings account and wait 10 years for someone to come along with such an account, and willing to sell it. Unless you're willing to compromise, of course.
