Download Microsoft Visual C++ Express

Simply scroll down about a page and a half and click the download for C++. After doing so, you will need to
remain connected to the internet so that the installation package can download the rest of the installation.

Note: May require that you have a legal copy of Windows.

If you want to really get into VC++ I'd recommend Team Suite edition or at least Professional. But yeah, for being completely free, Express is alright.

 

What would you say is the capability as a ratio of
Microsoft : Team Suite

Lol Team Suite and Professional are just different editions of Microsoft Visual Studio. Express is the least functional (being freeware)

 

Ah and team suite you have to pay for? If so, then things should be easier now since there is now a known source for free C++ programming suite. Since Microsoft released the update to 2008, I just dnloaded the whole suite, takes about 3GB to install completely (SQL server included).

 

Is Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition the best freeware out there currently? and is Professional Edition the best out there if you have the cash?

 

Team Suite is the best if you have the cash (or warez searching ability)

 

I've looked for it on Microsoft's website although have had no luck. Link please for the Team Suite Edition?

My bad, it was called Team Suite in 2005 (I think), but Team System in 2008
