Get 80 range and yes Id do it, at 80 range it would cost $48, I CAN do it at your levels with 72 range, but itll be harder and so Id charge $60, so basically get 8 range lvls and the price will drop $12.

Say I have paypal right, and I wanted to fire cape for US money or something , If my paypal isnt verified with credit cards or anything, like i just created the account, can i still receive the cash, and be able to send to others still? Thnx.
