Issue with a ban on league

[VERIFIED][NA] Master tier|Solo/duo/flex q|B5-D5|(Do not need to provide accounts for duo q!)

Basically, I was banned on league for MMR boosting. It is an extremely rare ban. I am generally non-toxic in game and have never received a ban before.

Things you should know:

• Everything is of course negotiable. Bulk orders are eligible for a discount.
• 100% account security. I work solo - nobody will ever have access to your account but me. If your account gets banned during an order (highly unlikely) I will offer a full refund on the order.
• I am extremely flexible/have a lot of time available. If there is something you desire me to do, odds are I can accomplish the task. Just ask me on skype.
• As I said before, I have A LOT of free time. All orders will be completed very quickly.
• Expect to receive constant updates on the status of your order. I put a huge emphasis on communication with customers to ensure everything flows as smoothly as possible.

Basically, I assumed 100% account security overall meant that there would be no issues with bans/offenses and precautions were taken to prevent any ban and in the event of a ban a refund would be given. I didn't see him say or in the sythe rules that in the case of a MMR boosting ban I would not be refunded. I assumed that the 100% made sure I wouldn't be banned at all. It is still the pre-season and not the next season yet. I would also like to point out that perhaps another person played on the account also because of that TWC. (I was not informed of anything.) I believe it is a possibility. Due to me not receiving offenses in the past, a toxicity ban wouldn't show up on my account, but a change in behavior or number of reports may have signaled something was up. If there is anything else I could add just let me know. You could also review the TWC thread to read what king said. I am unsure what happened to me because I was the first customer.

 

If your account has been banned for MMR Boosting/Account sharing, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind. Said ban reasons are a taken risk when opting into a boost.

It's even written within the LoL Boosting section rules.

 

This is wrong. Whatever you're banned for, it shows up within the email you receive.

 

What I am saying is maybe something brought attention to the account other the report?

 

If he was banned for being toxic, that would appear within the email.

I mean, it's quite simple...what brought attention to the account, it was that it was being boosted, and was probably quite obvious?

 

Also, toxicity reports aren't managed by 'real people'. Meaning, when you get reported, it's an automated system that bans you based on the quantity of reports. 'Real people' only get involved if you submit a ticket, and attempt to recover an account, talk to an agent, etc.

With that said, if the booster was toxic constantly, your account would have been banned far faster due to the automated process, than for an MMR boosting ban - which 'real people' are quite often involved in.

 

Couple things I need to clearup:

1. It has been 3 months since I last touched your account, it's not my responsibility to guarantee safety of your account 3 MONTHS after the order has been completed. I can ONLY guarantee safety of your account while I am using your account, I can't guarantee the safety and security of your account literally 3 months after I have been done with it.
2. You should know what you are getting yourself into, getting a rank boost, no matter how responsible you are, comes with the risk of a ban. There is nothing I can do, there is nothing sythe can do, there is nothing ANYONE can do to guarantee that a ban will not happen.
3. Re-read the TOS, I do refund customers if the account gets banned, but only if it happens while I am in the process of completing the order. I cannot refund you for a ban that happened 3 months after I last played on the account.

 

As Sellerman has stated, you won't be able to get a refund for a boost done 3 months ago.
It is the same as a risk when buying gold, if you get a RWT ban, it is not the sellers fault as Jagex bans at their discretion.
