We agreed to 40m osrs gp for quite a few quests I wanted done. Seeing his many vouches and ignoring his previous scam report I've seen here, I trusted him. What started off suspicious to me was the first few screenshots I received on Gyazo, he only had around 430-460k of my gp in my inventory while proving each quest was done correctly, which can be viewed here: Gyazo - 52ec642e3554f82a768689997928c01b.png

The following day my whole entire cash stack was being shown after the completion of each quest which concerned me since I did NOT ask for him to touch my full cash stack or prove that it was still there at any time during the service, proof can be viewed here: Gyazo - 38912bb65d2152e220701c04cfb8e5d1.png

So about 50m, not counting all the items in my bank, runes, etc. Randomly Golden Mecca accuses me of taking gp off of my account when I've been at work all day while he was supposed to be doing my service which can be viewed here: Gyazo - ae5e2991d7c54085d761ae7280c2d232.png

So, not only has he stolen my entire bank, he also only did half of the 40m service which I have paid for and accused me of taking my gold. Upon logging into my account I find it partially through the quest looking like this: Gyazo - 2f70542d1a913be2ec4720ae9c921fd4.png (Notice I don't have a blowpipe on anymore or any weapon and why would I only have 37k?)

So he cleaned me of all my runes, all my potions, all my sellable armor, did half a service that I paid 40m for, and took about 60m+ in items from me.

Coincidentally, approximately 20 minutes AFTER I get the screenshot with all of my cash taken out, he accuses me of taking the gp off of my account when he clearly just transferred it over to another account of his and sold all of my items and cleaned my bank. I understand carrying this much cash on me was foolish, but the fact that he not only robbed me of my bank, he also tried to accuse me of doing this, just so he could cancel a 40m service halfway through it and make out like a bandit with my bank. Please get this taken care of, I understand I may not get 1gp back, but something needs to be done about this scammer!

 

@Golden Mecca I have DNT'd you for now. Two scam reports in 24 hours on the same thing.

I have a few questions in regards to this report:
- If he did not pay you, and you "Terminated" the service. Why did you not make a report? After all you were half way done. Surely, you would want compensated for your time?

- Why do you act careless? Gyazo - 9b9fe017acd722a802a2e7cb7711aa5e.png Surely you should care since it's your customer with a problem?

- Is it a coincidence both situations were "Mid-way through", and the funds randomly disappeared off the accounts?

 

wow, nice work. 40M was paid to me before the service, only reason i said service was terminated was because i confronted the customer if he was on account, which he denied. I asked him if he wishes service continued, because he insisted he did not take gp of account.
How hard is it to transfer ur gp before service, and how can i be held responsible for this when he could be on account right before i logged,

he paid me 40m before service, but he kept his cashstack(48m) on account, when i logged in the morning i saw cash stack missing. and i confronted him right again.

i then did 2 more quests: watchtower, recruitment drive. and went to bed, when i woke up as soon as i saw his message i replied with the pictures of mentioned quests. i then proceed to login and saw i was in lumby with no cash stack.

I wouldnt dare to risk my sythe account especially with the website incident and wouldnt risk it over 40$

Since you don't care "Gyazo - 9b9fe017acd722a802a2e7cb7711aa5e.png" You've got a lot of explaining to do.

You using the same statment as the first report "Service Terminated"/Items disappeared "Mid-way through", or is this you not wanting to finish the service, and using a bail out excuse to scam? After all you're strongly opinionated on the fact that they shouldn't have funds on their account prior to allowing you access, but funny you never warned them to take their funds off the account, prior to you logging in? From the first report, you should've had your guard up.

Sythe rules trump your TOS, you are not keeping the 40m paid period. You're only keeping equivalent to your work that has been done. As for his funds, why did you not contact a staff member about this situation? You clearly don't care enough about your customer, nor your reputation?

 

I will continue the service, i will not be held responsible for gp missing.I asked him if he wants to continue, and he told me he wants his stuff back, which was never taken from him!

i will change my rules so customers cant have more than certain amount in bank(max 1m!)

 

No service will be left to do here. You are to refund a portion of the progress, I could guarantee after making a report, he wouldn't want you back onto his account. Either way, you ignored half my post, so please answer the things I said.

No problem, gp will be refunded, and i will specify in my tos im not responsible for anything missing on the account if that helps

 

- Your "TOS" is irrelevant in this situation. It will NEVER trump Sythe rules.

Either way, please properly respond to this with an explanation:

Also post the whole private conversation as I said, starting from the message I asked, and show the message prior to that.

I'm really tired of these ppl trying to take advantage,
I will demand all customers to transfer any wealth beforehand cause im sick of it.

I did 12 quests, all that were send there were done before i went to bed. I send him the pictures before i even logged into account after nap.

 

8:53AM - 11:29PM you were off? That's nearly a 15 hour window w/no communication, and you never logged onto the account once in those 15 hours?

Then @ 11:48 you saw a window of opportunity and used the bail out statement as your last report? Can you explain why both of your customers were suddenly "Mid-way" through, and the funds disappeared? I don't believe simultaneously two people decided to make stuff up, after all you've been doing this how long?

At this point, why was staff not contacted about this situation? Thought it would just go away? Staff wasn't contacted on the last report either.

Your stories do not add up.

 

As soon as i saw him asking for progress i send him progress, which i would otherwise send him in 5 screenshots. If you keep in mind i've done 12 quests, 5h timeframe, went to bed, woke up probably browsed the web, soon as i saw sythe pm i sent him progress that was left(2 screenshots) and then i wanted to continue, went to login after 10 min and saw there was no gp the story adds up correctly with images.

Stop answering only one side of my questions. I asked multiple for a reason.

 

There was no bail opportunity, i would of done those quests just fine like all my orders, he insisted gp was taken from him and wanted that replaced as well as order finished which is unacceptable.

What other 2 customers? The person that is coding the website for me filed a dispute on me for 150$, which was the reason i refused to trade, he is designing it further now.I've been doing this for 6 months, questing, and i only had about 5 persons complaining ever, 2 of which were refunded fully, 3 of those were false claims and that is of about 200 customers atleast lets say.

Right. So you ignored this statement:

Did you forget about the previous report on you? The one where you used this same bail out statement, "Mid way through" funds disappear?

Also, when was the "Watchtower" quest completed, and what was the time it was sent to him?

This doesn't make sense at all? So you just assume it would favor to you, and he would be broke down enough to forget about reporting you, and you continuing the service like nothing ever happened? Why because you don't consider him to be reputable enough, therefore you'll have no responsibility? If he doesn't report this, you don't bring it to our attention? Because it clearly should've been brought to our attention, no mod would consider it a waste of time. (You've still yet to properly answer why you never PM'ed a moderator).

Why wait to send the screenshots? It takes less than 5 seconds to send the completion screenshots, instead of adding them to the "Notepad", or whatever you added them to? Why not compose a message, and send to him immediately? Instead you send @ 11PMish, and claim to have never accessed the account prior to sending the screenshots. Therefore @ 11:29-11:48 does not look good for you at all.
