If it's still not working, try to delete Discord from your computer and download it back.

 

You'd probably have to re-verify if what @Zero mentioned didn't work. I remember I had this issue in the past on other discords, and I'm unsure as to why it happened. I'd assume it's due to the fact that someone else is banned from that IP you tried to re-access the discord with (probably a shared network), but you aren't banned on the discord. I'd try to access it on a VPN, and see if it works.
