Ok, i will try be as detailed as possible in this report.
I sold my account for 300$ to someone(doesnt have a sythe account)
The deal was simple. i was giving full control off the account to the middleman @QBDyce
once i did that, i was supposed to be receiving the money in my paypal, however i did not.
it said the money would be in my paypal within 3 days, he can cancel this at any time
what i find the worst is that i said this multiple times to the middleman aswell, he knew i was not
capable of pulling a succesfull account recovery too as we tried that 2 times, now my account is gone and i havent been payed.

Here is a screenshot of me only wanting to have him on the account as soon as i got my payment,
you cant expect to get something with full control without me confirming, ive said this multiple times


What i find sad is that he never mentioned that i needed to wait up to 3 days either, its always instant and he never said this to me.



Here im even offering him the account, just not with his email yet, with the middleman his email
until i receive payment, he doesnt agree to this

here he wanted me to cancel the deal, i never ever got a email in, i said i would but really dont even
have to



So i was waiting for the email, i went outside for a few hours and i come back to this
The guy with no sythe account (knew i couldnt recover) actually managed to get the account
without me receiving payment.




If he charges back you recover is what he said, meanwhile he knew that i couldnt recover the account
that has been said/shown to him, and he knows i dont have the payment

If i dont receive payment within 3 days, i feel like @QBDyce
should be responsible
for terrible helping/rushing it without letting me know anything

 

Wait why am I held responsible for this?

I can say just as much and make up lies too, if its really this easy, im sure i wont be getting payed and i lost my account that ive been playing on for almost 2 years now, great =]

 

I'd just like to ask @video about something: you say that MMs should not be middlemanning account <-> paypal trades if the MM does not hold the paypal. I'm sure you know very well that the common practice is that the MM holds the account while the buyer sends the paypal directly seller. This is the practice that all OMMs I know use, as well as popular regular MMs. Holding the paypal usually leads to, as you alluded to, the buyer charging back and leaving you, the MM, out of the money when you're not involved directly in the trade. I'd like to know why you say that, as it has implications beyond this report and goes against what the longstanding common approach of OMMs do.

Does not mean because you have a tos saying im not responsible for this and that that you can do that, i can make a ToS saying, ''by using me im allowed to do whatever''
doesnt mean i can go and scam you because you agreed to the ToS, sythe ToS goes above yours.

 

You cant expect to get something without the guy your buying it from receiving nothing/ having to wait for payment.

Its like going to the macdonalds, buying food, you only get the food once you have payed, you cant say the money will be there in 3 days.

I got scammed by someone with no profile because you did not listen to what i said, im saying common knowledge and you go around believing everything what your being told.

 

its not like i havent told him to not give out the info until i confirm, and he just does what he wants and actually does hand out info just later the day without my confirmation at all.

he agreed here to not give out the info and said if the deal is dead he would return my account, my question now is why did you not stick to this and delivered MY account without my confirmation/payment? @QBDyce

just gonna add this to the report quickly. Crystaline keeps stating how he can just "cancel the payment with a click of a button". This is false. The payment, as shown in the screenshot, is shown as completed. The only reason Crystaline has to wait for his payment is because it was sent from the buyers bank account. The only way that the buyer could get it back with a click of a button is if he sent it to an email that wasn't registered to a PayPal account, giving the payment the status of "unclaimed", which isn't the case here.

 

Okay we will wait 2 more days and if i received nothing it says enough right?

also not even about that, you DELIVERED MY ACCOUNT, without my confirmation.
he can call his bank account and say it was a mistake and then it will be cancelled easily.

you just dont give away my account when i still have to wait on payment, what do you not understand?

 

only reason I delivered your account without you confirmation is because you blocked the buyer and weren't responding to me. was an apparent attempted scam.
Edit: I wouldn't have delivered if the admin I spoke to didn't tell me that is what I should do.

 

Nop, the buyer blocked me and unblocked me, then sent me messages, like i proved a few posts above when i did it to you, you got fooled.

Edit: you didnt went in detail to the admin too, you said payment was sent and you didnt let him know i couldnt recover, im pretty sure if you said this to video

Then he would know more of the story, all you did was say he sent payment and i blocked him, which wasnt the case becuase he blocked me and unblocked me, then tried sending messages.

and you cant say you dont know this, because i have told you this multiple times on discord too.

 

Im the original owner and i put the info correct but the recovery got denied 2 times when we tried testing it, if the guy cancels the payment i feel like qbd should be responsible here because ive told him multiple times not to give my account without permission, i still have not received anything.

 

I may have been ignorant to the fact that the same result happens when you message someone who blocked you and when you message someone you recently unblocked. I just now realized this. The seller could’ve blocked the buyer or the buyer could’ve tricked me. However, it’s irrelevant. The risk you take with selling for paypal is chargebacks. Even if it would’ve been in your paypal balance immediately, there was no extra risk made by me giving him the account now. I was just doing what I felt was right, which was confirmed by an admin.

 

There was extra risk because he knows i cant recover and he can cancel the payment like i said, its almost as if im trying to explain something to someone with brain damage, its really not hard, you said you will return the account to me if the deal is dead, few hours later you gave him the account, if i do not receive payment, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE and have to pay me, that is obvious

 

@Crystaline can you please give me Adrians Discord? We recently had an Adrian sending fake emails pretending to be Paypal and he never sent any $ to your Paypal. Or you can double check the email you got from Paypal to see if it's a real Paypal email?

I rechecked the paypal email and it is fake, there is a typp in the email, i said multiple times to only give the account once i received money, @QBDyce Gave away my account without listening, and even said if both parties are not agreeing to a deal he will return my account, he should be held responsible since i am out of 300$ now.

Please if you could upload pictures of the email. I reported someone called Adrian a few days ago, @Chloe dealt with it. It’s possible that it’s the same person and because he cannot post he is trying to use third parties.

 

I uploaded one and deleted it, the mods can see it!
