    Hi,

    I am not able to log in since I've delete my two factor authentication and I've also lost my 2FA back code. It has been while since I last time used Sythe.
    I have SVU as far as I can remember and I am using the same mobile number.
    I've moved thus the IP adress won't match.
    I have made donation by RSGP.
    I don't remember my recovery phrase.

    Can you please provide proof of the donation/s? Chat logs will work. What is the number on the account? I see the change in-country, but you also seemed to access from out-of-country - where would this have been from?
