pker plans?

okay guys so i have a f2p range/2h pure that is currently 90range 86str 1pray 63cb. recently i have really been debating on getting 50atk or even higher but i have no experience with p2p pures as i havent p2p pked since the eoc update happened lol. id like peoples opinions. should i keep this acc 40atk 1pray or should i turn it into a mauler or something and get experienced in p2p?

 

I always error on the side of
“Make a new acc” Whenever I want to try a new build.
Reason being is you don’t want to level your attack to 50 and go try pking with other gmaulers in that Cb bracket yet.
You will be at a MAJOR disadvantage due to the fact their acc’s are quested and made for Gmaul pking (Ie: they will have Mith gloves and other stuff)

Whenever trying something new, you want to come in at the lowest possible level, that way you aren’t learning how to pk, with people that already have 2K Bh kills and have been camping that Cb bracket for years.
If you start a new acc, quest it properly and start off with the baby gmaulers (50-60 Str)
You can really learn how to Pk in that bracket, and grow your account as your skills grow.

And you can also keep your current F2P Acc

 

see thats how ive always thought too and that is what has always stopped me. im comfortable and good at f2p pking.. so if i ruined the account to suck at p2p pvp for a month id hate myself lol. just wanted to get others opinions because ive been getting frustrated with the f2p rng lately lol

 

Start new man.
Relive the RS adventure, do all the questing for a new acc, enjoy the process.
Currently doing that same thing with my two pure’s.

 

If you're 40 attack you will be able to fully quest it before 50 attack @Idolized

 

Further, being comfortable with F2P pking is a good thing. In F2P its more about ticks and not so much as lucky specs. I found myself at an advantage pking in membs after f2p, knowing the mechanics better. I'd say just turn your f2p into a gmauler.

 

I know he can, point was he’d have to do all of that prior to going to Pk on that acc.
And if he comes into P2P with those stats, it’s going to be a week of getting merked before he gets the hang of it.
My gmauler is 57 Cb and has been 57 Cb for over a year. Lots of pro’s sit at that low Cb bracket

 

I guess its preference, i'd rather get merked for a week instead of having to make a new account. But then again, i dont like making accounts.

 

I generally make more as a gmauler pking in f2p worlds. If your pk trips are for fun, gmaulers are the way to go. If they are to make money, keep it f2p.
