[The New Way To Apply A Pin Via URL Method, No Passwords Required]

Pin/Sms buyers often get confused and think they'll need to give their Username & Password to the Pin/Sms sellers to apply the codes, this is often a mistake that can lead into an account getting scammed/hacked or more misconveniences, this can easily be tackled, I have included a short easy to read guide on how, including what the buyer does and what the seller does.












1. Buyer goes to http://www.runescape.com












2. Buyer scrolls down and clicks Start a new subscription











3. Buyer goes to login page, enter correct Username and Password for the account you wish for member to be applied on via the seller.









4. Buyer is redirected to the membership page





5. Buyer right clicks on his accounts name at the top and clicks copy shortcut, you now have a URL to put member on your account, no password needed, you copy this method to your Seller on msn, for example when i right clicked my name Barrows Ownt i got the shortcut "https://billing-core.runescape.com/i=-8704304690209820566/userdetails.ws?cid=77" without the quotation marks.







IT IS NOW THE SELLERS PART.




1. The Seller copies the link from the buyer into his browser and is directed to the page for membership on the page, click "Become a member by paying for credit.



2. The Seller chooses the correct country the pin is from, i used United Kingdom as an example, then scroll down to either:

Redeem Phone Pin
Redeem SMS Pin





4. The Seller applies the correct 8 digit code.

If you even bothered seeing the difference, that method I've been alerted doesn't work anymore and this method is different. Thanks for wasting a post though

And yes everyone uses this method but i'm sure it will bring the alert of account scamming to an end. It's a great method and 100% works =]

 

Well since im kind of new to the PBP and sms because i don't have a CC due to personal reason's i found this topic rather informative to me, thanks for the guide
