h8un69 fake vouch/referral/scammer

notable points:

he has been at sythe for 5 days but has racked up 3 referrals
he has 3 vouches
all 3 of his vouches are from 1 posters
my assumption is that he made 3 accounts which all said h8un69 reffered them, and made up a fake vouch
also on his thread there are people saying he scammed them

please look into it!

PS, is there a similar rule to the rs black market where you must have account pictures to sell a steam account? I am seeing more and more leechers claiming to be selling steam accounts with no proof whatsoever..if you DO implement this rule, I would gladly go around and list down all threads breaking this rule and combine it into 1 post and repost it here.
