After being hacked many time, by buying an account on osrs, did I came up with a new system in which both parties will be enforced to furfill their duties, hence by not scamming.

This system, also known as the borrowing system. I will basically, pay a specific amount of money on a weekly basis, if the guy recover the account i wont pay it. During this borrowing process, the account will remain from the owner itself. allI need is just the username and pass. This will discourage the owner to scam, but also will benefit both of us. I can imagine a guy recovring an account after selling it 300 bucks, since he has been training years on it. This system will basically just benefit you. And for the people that say why would I let him on my account for 5 bucks (per week for instance), he can scam me, I would say what would I benefit from going on your account that has 0 gp, i wont get any benefit by doing wrong stuff..
