• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I don't believe their was a "victim" in this case. The buyer was very pleased with their purchase. I sold Neocash (neopets) item(s) that were from "abandoned accounts" I purchased these account as "unchecked shells", discovered some Neocash items on them and have sold them on another site mostly, until I sold an item on here and was banned.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I confess I didn't look at the Rules page well enough.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Although the items were from abandoned accounts, I did not "steal" them. I am not trying to weasel my way out of breaking the rules. I just did not read the rules well enough and it is my fault. But I think it is a little better that I just bought unchecked shells and resold some items from them than if I had actually "hacked (for a lack of better words)" peoples accounts. I believe this is still against the rules so going forward, (if my account is unbanned) I will not sell any NeoCash items on Sythe. Going forward I will only sell Neopets ETS/Pure/Etc... and Runescape gold (if I ever actually make anything decent LOL) Please consider my pardon. Thank you!

- So the accounts/goods were stolen. What happens if the original owner comes back to Neopets to see their funds gone?

From being an Ex-Neopets player myself, I can fully confirm TNT would ban you for any of these offences. I used to be a restock myself (You would get banned frequently false, or not, a lot of wrongful bans for the smallest thing whilist restocking), and TNT was strict with auction house/trading alone, more less hacking/selling cracked pets/accounts, TNT has an extremely high ban ratio.
