I've questioned removed this system. It's needed an update for a long time and I've expressed those concerns with various staff over the past... I don't know how many... months. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "dick draining", but the effort required should be increased. There should also be more of a uniqueness to the process for each applicant as well. That's somewhat difficult with what I consider "limitations" we have implemented now.

 

Butchered my syntax on that one mainly just meant dick draining as in the applicants that try to drain the dicks of the people in power to help their chances.

Like I said though I think a lot of the new moderators do their job well. If I didn't mention them it's just because I haven't interacted with them directly.
