Won't jagex hurry the fuck up?

I sent my final appeal out on the 23rd... and wtf? It's still pending?

How long do these usually take.... When I appealed the first time it was like 5 hours >.>...

Let me break it down for you.

Why would they now, when they never have? They are still making as much money as they ever have so what would be the point in a new tactic.

Pluralize this and you've discovered their true identity as well as almost everything they've done to their game in the past couple years.

As for your appeal, if you are a non-member it will take longer, possibly 2-3 eternities. Also, keep in mind that they've recently removed their customer support and thus have probably cut a lot of jobs. This might have caused a temporary slowdown in answering appeals.

Just remember that regardless of the outcome, you do and always will fail less than Jagex.

It was member when it got banned buddies .

 

Well, does it have credits left? If yes, then it gets priority support. If no, then it's treated like a piece of ass hair, unwanted, unloved, and rarely noticed.

 

My irl -friend appeal took 1month to get answer. He got unbanned. I've got reply also in 2minutes, and i've got unbanned... So idk.

 

i did mine 2 dayts before it got looked at and i was told anytihng.it took them 2 days for me.

 

For the offensive language appeals...They take like 2 minutes because
nobody even reads them...

But I just sent in an appeal for a macroing ban and its been a few days now =/

Well when I sent in an appeal about breaking rules mines usually take two to three days. And Jagex doesn't work today their off on weekends.

 

It takes an average tim of 1-3 days...but vould also be from 5 minutes all the way to a month...

 

Once I sent in my appeal as they said I broke rule 2 which I didn't and took around eight days.

yeah this will take ages plus u will get some faggit Judis statement that contridicts the offense (jagex syaying u didn't commit it) but ur still banned ROFL. yeah happened to me had a few laughs and "MOTHER FUCKERS!"

 

I always seem to cuss them out and they accept it...

 

Think about it...

They removed their entire Customer Support team.

They made their appeal system LESS automated.

Last but not least, the name of the company is Jagex.

With those three facts, you should be able to conclude to expect a reply within 3 months is FAR TOO HIGH.
