frugooscape help

i have a level 9 on frugooscape and it is prayer based with 45 prayer (999m ourg bones lol) but i dont know how to raise my attack defence and strength if anyone has played this and knows how please help.

 

All you do is go to the noob town....Theres a portal at Lumby that should lead you straight to it. Once you go through the portal, then you can follow the path (if you find yourself at a bridge, you went the wrong way.) Inside the town are some sewer pipes(Strength), some Dummys(attack), some hay bales(defence...I know, "what do hay bales have to do with defence?" I have no clue either), there is a target for ranging, and theres a little stand with some runes in it(this is a runecrafting/thieving stand. It raises both.)

Yeah. Thats pretty much it. The rest you can figure out on your own.

www.frugooscape.net is where you play =] and most people train in varrock instead of the noob town place, range in varrock castle upstairs, attack and defence in the small house across from the small bank in varrock and strength you train in the manhole in varrock and thats all you kinda need to know... and mage just get all the runes and start with varrock tele

 

You cant train smithing(lol) its weird.
go to the highscores and click on a stat.
if everyone on the first page of that stat highscore,
and all of them have the stat lvl 1,you cant trainit.
