Question about proxifier?

i'm an experienced botter always use proxies looking glass etc etc. I just found out about proxifier.
my apologises but what do you have to put on applications I followed one guide added
*.runescape.* as target host. Is that enough to proxy either osbuddy, rs client, etc etc? Or should I add
jagexlauncher.exe? I'm using this now because I used to proxy with widecap. Accounts always got locked right away and I never botted on them. Should I add osbuddy to the applications? If I do what if I side click it and use a different proxy while the other one is still active. Would it work? Thanks I really appreciate it.
