I like the color composition, but the choice of circular gradient is becoming all too common, though you've placed it nicely. Your three spikes of color, again, are fair, but not exceptional. Consider another element to place in the picture here, or something a bit less obvious. Eliminating the two rightmost spikes would have left a much better effect, by being more subtle. Try implementing a more 'point of focus' focus blur in your next attempt at this style, you may find you get a more dramatic result.

 

It's a'right but there's to much going on. It's quite a hard piece to "understand". Some nice little details though so i'll rate it 7/10.

 

Try A BW scale spotlight, using the RGB version, and touch the rgb saturation around untill it mellows.
