I can vouch that @d0m is a Challenger level player. He destroyed players in low diamond/high plat and can carry games easily up to Master tier. I would definitely use him if you need boosting in season 8!

Also, even though he is a EU player, he went 25-3 in NA with 160 ping! Incredible player
