Jagex has removed their Customer Support, pathetic?

Jagex has officially removed ALL ways to contact them via Customer Support. They have replaced it with an FAQ, which anyone who has played longer than a week would already know.

Jagex I think has finally fallen, and RuneScape is on an unsuspected path.

 

Hahahaha. RuneScape fails so bad.

I even heard about this, they want you to buy membership to post on the shitty Offical Forums.

 

You can't expect 10 year olds to have actual Customer Support queries. . . As long as the people they hired for Customer Support decide to start checking the forums now it should by fine-ish.

Is there any way to contact them now other than mailing a letter to their office?

 

There customer support was always pretty useless probably with all the noobs asking how to get milk for Cooks Assistant or something along the lines of that.

It makes it seem like they are going down, which I find odd because not too many players have quit.

 

You guys also hear about alot of the Player Mods being de-modded due to Jagex making them "Register".
Player Mods had to register where they would give Jagex personal information such as country, state, address, postcode and even their phone number.

If they didn't register they would be de-modded.

They've created a loophole...

My account was banned from a glitch in the system (I get "Sorry, no evidence is available for this offence." ), and I can only report it by going on the forums. Too bad I can't go on the forums since I'm banned.

The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to maximize profits after they lost all that money from the wilderness update. It must've cost them a lot to fix those servers we crashed.

 

WTF..are you saying you cant appeal at the appeal offence or ban stuff...Fuck im gone lol.

 

Thank god.

Now more people will stop playing and start to have actual lives.

They made a lot of bad updates, now runescape finnaly died.

I am pretty sure each year the players of runescape will go lower and lower.
