Resolved.

So my account just got banned for ban evading. He thinks I am now unsafe to work for, although I already paid for over half of the service. He does 42-50wc, 50-56 mining and 55-74 theiving. He thinks that is half of the work i requested. Here is a screenshot of us agreeing to what needs to be done: http://prntscr.com/hdw3oi . He then tells me this morning that he doesn't feel comfortable dealing with me because of the ban. That was not a problem. He then tried LYING saying that he completed half of the hard western diaries (still has alot to do, he did not touch the actual diary reqs either). http://prntscr.com/hdw6p3 . If you need any more evidence I will be happy to provide it.

 

Posting here so mods are aware that OP was banned for scamming on an older account as this might be missed and could result in ocho just giving all the GP back when money is owed.

If you think the Western diaries are the main part of the order, you're wrong. Getting the skills is probably 80% of the work, and maybe catching the chompy's. 40M i claim for the work I did. I will not be giving a full refund either way this goes.

 

I noted that in the SL post when I banned him, and on my notepad / recent pardon, however thank you for mentioning that in the case another staff was to handle this.

As for the report I've DNT'd you @Ocho8 until this gets settled.

I'd like to ask you a few questions regarding the order, however to refrain going back, and forth here I'd recommend speaking on Skype / Discord as it's easier for me (if that's okay with you).

The farming was done by you (it wasn't added in the payment, therefore you took it off the service as you wanted to do it yourself). After re-evaluating the progression of the account it seems that @Ocho8 over-valued the service he's done thus far. I spoke to him on Skype regarding the whole situation, and 17.5M 07 GP seems more reasonable than the 40M 07 GP he's received from you so far (since you paid that up-front, and not the whole 76.5M). The 22.5M 07 GP will go towards community repayment though as you currently have outstanding debts (as seen on the pardon here). Also he never lied to you, he just said that he did half of the service (which yes was slightly over-exaggerated, but I re-evaluated the progression, so that's resolved now). Thanks for your cooperation @Ocho8, and I've requested for the removal of your DNT in the meantime. Closing this.
