    It seems that the OO of this account that was sold to @Accountwarehouse ended up recovering it, therefore @Accountwarehouse is responsible for reimbursing the value of the account. DNT'd in the meantime. Please contact me as soon as possible regarding the situation @Accountwarehouse, so that we can get this situated (through Skype / Discord if possible rather than on the report; will leave contact information below).

    Banning us without even talking to us first is a joke. I have added your Skype and expect to be unbanned promptly. We protect and stand by both our accounts and customers as we always have (check our posts and past disputes). They always end with us being in the right.

    Edit: @Chloe or @Champ looking for some help from a real mod since I can not PM anyone thanks. I would also request to make this dispute public as we have nothing to hide. If they want their information to be private that is fine but we do not hide anything.

    I believe maybe there was a misunderstanding, I made the post last night when I was not receiving any response for some time. And live chat could not help me, the account I believe was not taken by @Accountwarehouse, as I stated in the thread I am not sure what happened. There was lack of communication, and I decided to make this thread to cover me. I think that the original owner has recovered the account.

    Our live-chat can not help with any account issues only a manager can (myself). My name is Tyler and I am the manager for many games Runescape being one of them. If you emailed me I am most likely already working with you or have emailed you as all emails are handled within 24 hours. Please provide me with your email so I can look into the issue as the mod on here decided to DNT us without even reaching out to us first as our support Skype for sythe users is posted in every thread.

    I have already emailed you, I do apologize. Its not what I intended, but at the time the incident occurred it was very odd, and led me to believe that there was something wrong. If the original owner recovered it at the time he did it was a huge coincidence, which leads me to the misunderstanding that you were the ones at fault.

    I never banned you, it was a DNT, which restricts market access, and communication, but you're online, so obviously you're not banned.

    I spoke with you on Skype. DNT has been lifted, so that this situation can be sorted. Work this out between each other via PM / Skype / E-mail, but if any issues arise let me know @Vitela. There is no scam going on here from @Accountwarehouse, therefore I'm going to close this. Apologies for the inconvenience again, but if this doesn't get sorted @Vitela, or like I said any other issues arise, then feel free to contact me / make a new report.
