The odds stakers you're speaking of who "are the main people buying gp" usually bought it from other odds stakers.

I can't express how little gp odds stakers buy. You are confusing them with gamblers.

You're going to miss us odds stakers. Trust me.

 

The way I this:

If they decide to fix the arena in a way where you can decide what your account build is, just like in tournament worlds, majority of the people will be doing 50-50 staking with max mains.
At the moment the max mains have their exact spot, and now after this update when everyone can stake on a maxed build, the duel arena will have areas for smaller, medium and big baller bets, for example southern side of the DA will be filled with people looking for 10-100ms, a little bit northern from that spot there will be people looking for medium bets anywhere from 100-1b, and in the north of DA building there will be the big bets +1b, and I'm pretty sure that's where the majority of xers will move their accounts.
X'ers will have the exactly same account builds, and they will keep calling the larger bets with 1.1-1.2x, or maybe even more. Odds staking is not going to die im ny opinion, the competition between whale hunters will be very hard, as you can literally set up your army of 30 1.1x odd stakers. DA is just going to get flooded with 50-50 staking.

But hey, this is just my vision of what's going to happen.

But yeah, if you properly handle your customers you should easily still be able to run a profitable training service, (that pulls a decent amount a month) even if the majority of your customers were odd stakers. I can't even imagen the number of people we turned down in different skills, and they already knew we didn't do them.

This is crazy cos account selling Is gonna basically stop since they aren't polling. But there will be issues cos people will be able to make lvl 3s and instantly go staking so I don't know how theyre gonna deal with that. But loads of people are gonna chuck when this happens

 

Gotta agree with Crab here its gonna a bad impact on the game, dh sets will go down, bonds, whips, i can't describe how much gold NMZ takes out the game through repairing Dharok sets, also the amount of zulrah scales that are being used up in NMZ for hp levels..
