paypal chargebacks?

hello guys, i'm about to start selling a lot more, and I've been wondering about few PayPal scams.

1) how long till i'm clear of "charge-backs" is there a time limit?
2) how do i protect my self from it, if i'm selling virtual coins?
3) And does charge-backs come straight from my bank account, or just PayPal account.

1. Yes, there is a certain period a buyer can file for a chargeback. Not sure exactly how long, but I think 2 weeks?

2. Paypal forbids virtual trades or something like that, so the buyer should never say anything about it in the note he adds when sending the money. There's no way to be 100% safe from oaypal chargebacks, which is among the reasons why many sellers use WU.

3. Chargebacks come from your paypal account.

 

Buyers can file chargebacks 120 days or more after an order’s been placed.

 

180 days i believe is the time limit, its in the term and conditions, your not suppose to mention it at all that you are selling virtual goods otherwise you leave yourself open to losing a chargeback, and they come from the paypal account!
