i think to get vouches it's a good idea to do some free things in the beginning. engage in the communty, give helpful advice and things of that nature. it will be hard to get vouches if your brand new and try to get vouches from paid trades, tasks, whatever. just don't do lengthy free requests and don't do too many at once that you can't handle. it's not hard to get vouches as long as you have the time in real life, commitment and put in some effort. if you show effort, you will grow 100%. gooluck
