[Help] SRL Files not showing up in SCAR Folder

I just started with using SCAR, i first clicked on the sticky (problem's thingie) en downloaded SCAR Divi 3.13 from the link which was there. Next thing i did was to Install SCAR, open it and click on File --> Download SRL. I waited a few minutes, 2 or 3 minutes to be more specific, and i looked again, and it said: 'SRL version 400 has been downloaded and installed.' Then i wanted to correct the banking thingie in SRL (followed the sticky, i'd rather fix problems BEFORE they show up). So i opened the folder SCAR Divi 3.13 was in, clicked on 'Includes', and the only thing which was there was: 'Placeholder', a text document which showed, when i opened it, the following text: 'This folder contains SCAR includes accessible from any script.'

The thing is, that was the ONLY document which was in the folder. On the other hand, SCAR did say 'SRL version 400 has been downloaded and installed.' Clearly, it was not installed. I neither saw a ZIP-document or something like that appearing.

My computer runs on Windows Vista, it is a single processor (not a dual-core). If any more system specifications are needed to find the solution, ask me about it .
