EDIT: I have contacted the user now about completing the job as well as offering a refund for the troubles.

 

Thanks for the reply, thats what i thought was up (left it out of report because didn't want to input anything personal). You will need to get your DNT removed before continuing to do services, so i'm afraid i will just need a refund man.
