Hello (Global+ besides Chloe Only Deal with)

Now the reason I feel I need to point out why a global has to handle is this is because Island told me to dispute it , and to get it overturned it has to be gobal+ , why I have asked for Chloe not to deal with it, because I trolled her really hard recently and me and her are not in best sitituiaton atm

Hello this A Broken Man I'm after having quite a lengthy talk with my lawyer about this situation and we have come up with some valid points

• For a start, the "Island's IP" links back to Germany and not to the USA which is where Island is from.
• There hasn't been any proof shown to me posting the IP, a screenshot with my discord and first 3 columns would be perfectly acceptable proof which wouldn't leak any "personal information" as it can be seen on his IP audit with proof I posted it and if possible that it links to island.
• Where could I have honestly gotten island IP from he has not public available skype as far my knowledge
• paper is not involved in this part what so ever

I would also like to point I pm'd island the exact IP I posted and he responded with this:

Since I pm'd tony the exact IP is which I the reason I am asking for proof of me posting his ip which I don't own or have, this whole situation seems like a case of paranoia which there is not proof of anything which can lead me to believe this is a false ban

Ok before I can start on my case for the next part I need to clear this up,

The rules state

"Disclosure of Personal Information of a Staff Member or Acquaintance of a Staff Member: This includes, but is not limited to, full names, private emails, Skype/Facebook, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc"

@Paper Shark never disclosed a facebook link or address or anything, all he disclosed was that island had a suit on and was at a wedding, this is not discloser of personal information or by any means a reason for him to be banned as I have not seen his facebook nor has paper shark disclosed any information that link's to island facebook. which in turn means the only information that has been leaked his the fact that island is in a suit on facebook which there over 7,000,000+ people who wear suits in there facebook photo.

• The rule states that information has to be disclosed there was no information disclosed by me in terms of the facebook as I have never seen or do I know island full name.
• The only argument is the suit argument, which based off that fact alone it would be impossible to find island facebook and be 100% accurate,
• There is not proof of me/paper shark leaking any facebook information since I have not seen his facebook and paper shark has done nothing because he didn't disclose any personal information on tony besides the fact he wearing a suit
• I was not or am not involved in way shape or form how this Facebook was seen by the user who got it from island PayPal which has nothing to do with me nor do I really care to see or see any other sythe mod appearance.
• I would also like to point out if paper shark was able to see island facebook, this means the facebook is set to a public which in turn means it not private information.
• POINTING THIS OUT ONE MORE TIME I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH FACEBOOK PART. BESIDES THE COMMENT THAT WAS MADE TO TROLL ISLAND BEING ME SAYING "NICE SUIT ISLAND" or something along the lines.

My argument here is that I have been unfairly and for unjustfor the reasoning shown above,

(even tho I'm innocent I feel as if I should argue this point),

there a rule about disclosing personal information but there was none given out by either me or paper shark .this includes to each other or to anyone else,

I would also like to point out before some says that falls under black hat,

"A black hat hacker (or black-hat hacker) is a hacker who "violates computer security for little reason beyond maliciousness or for personal gain"."

Which I believe we can all agree no had to access to anyone computer,

you can argue a lot of these reports of these members have been banned because these reports but you can also argue at the time of the report they were member + there no rules about knowing information about this and there are also plenty failed to report on the same subject.

This argument is more for paper shark than me, I never leak anything either did he (besides fact island wear a suit in fb photo)? Which I also like to argue because Island hasn't hidden his facebook profile, it is public information, but I don't feel as if I need to argue that because there have been no sythe rules broken.

I also like to state I never had island ip.

^ Where does it say VPN ips? How is a vpn ip personal information? I'd understand if It was home ip or something? but it's vpn ip? so this ban doesn't make sense at all? and not to mention the fact 100's of ips have been posted in the ras and nothing been done about them?

Before you start saying you leaked his facebook, In my actual dispute I proved that paper sharky did it , not me, since island send him PayPal payment since he won the CDT event... All I did was say nice suit since paper shark said he was wearing a suit... I had nothing to do with facebook part besides that and I'm yet to see any proof?if you're saying I had something to do with Facebook or saying I have seen it or disclosed it, why is paper shark only 1-month ban and I'm 6-month ban?

I don't see doxing in sythe rules? do you? I see the rule saying "Disclosure of Personal Information" which were did I disclose personal information?

I didn't use any software for any malicious intent so I didn't blackhat?

You have been unbanned. Sorry for the long wait, there was a lot of discussion on this but we have come to the conclusion that what you have done, or may have done, does not constitute doxing.
