Lost discord authenticator

So I have my logins but I cannot log in due to not having my old mobile (i broke it)

I re-installed all my stuff on my new phone forgetting that I had a 2FA and now cannot remove it. Does anyone know how I can re-gain access?

 

Search your computer for "discord_backup_codes.txt", you may have them there. If not, I believe you're SOL, but try emailing their support anyways.

 

Tried searching for the backup and cant find it on WIN10.

I assume they wouldn't answer a email as I was reading that sort of stuff on google.

 

They did answer my friend, but I think they told her what I told you, and that they couldn't do anything if you didn't have the backups.

 

Yeah that will probably be the case. If so I’ll just have to make a new one ergh lol.
