Gabriel Martinez

I haven't dealt with this situation before and would like some advice on how to proceed here. I will fill out a general template to assist.

Explanation of the trade: We agreed on him purchasing my account for a total of 280M. He paid me 200M initially and promised to pay the rest at a later date.

How they scammed: Remaining 80M has not been paid to me, and it's been 2 1/2 months.

Proof that it's their Skype: I no longer have access to any chat logs for Skype. It was on my old computer and was done through Facebook, I cannot find any history on it.

Simple enough, I was looking to get the remaining amount in about a month's time. It will be almost 3 months in a few weeks.

User was contacted via PM on October 18th. He has been online since then, and has not logged into Sythe since October 31st.


I had an extensive T.O.S. created however since I am unable to access my Skype chat, I really can't assist with that. Any other information that I would need, I will try my best to provide. I hope these PM's are valid.

As I said in the first lines, I would really like to know what actions I can/should take. Thanks team!

In regards to the report it's pretty clear that you both came to the agreement that 200M is paid up-front, and the 80M afterwards, which seems to have not been paid off yet, therefore I've DNT'd @Gabriel Martinez in the meantime. I doubt I'll get a response since he hasn't been on in nearly three weeks, however I'll leave this report open. As to your other question I'll conclude that, and wrap up the report after I have the questions I have answered. Thanks in advance.

Just wondering in these circumstances, would contacting a member of staff to discuss the possibility of recovering the account then contributing toward community repayment be a bad/good idea?

The same ideology goes to banned scammers that have purchased accounts off you.

 

User has been banned for scamming the other 80M 07 he owes you currently. Reason being that this route is better is that although you recovering the account to get the buyers attention may help here, the fact of the matter is that will only cause more issues. You recover the account could lead to an altercation of he said / she said if items, or cash from the accounts bank go missing as a result, and as I previously stated that would lead to more issues, so this is the best punishment to place moving forward. I hope he refunds you some day, however if he doesn't I'm deeply sorry for your loss.
