Underaged sex?

The whole underaged sex thing is blown out of proportion. I think if parents don't want their kids having sex at a young age, they should actually step in and do something about it. If there's a teen pregnancy, it is not just the teen's fault but also the parent's fault.

 

Its really not. If I got someone pregnant its my fault not my parents. Im sure they would be supportive but Its my child. My parents are NOT gonna accept responsiblity, I will.

 

you can have sex if you want to whatever age , as long as one person is like 18 or older and having sex with someone that is younger than 18.it's only illegal to make porn and sell if you are both under the age of 18.

 

It is someones personal life, there should'nt be a law stopping underaged sex.

I didn't say that the parents have the full responsibility. It is their parenting abilities that can affect things like this. A lack of parenting can set a bad example which can lead to bad decisions.

I'm not saying this is the case for everyone however. Teen pregnancies are still going to happen no matter what anyone does.

 

Some parents have to work, etc. Parents can't keep track of their kids all the time, job or not. I think the laws are pointless, because the kids who might listen to the law probably have the common sense to keep it safe. Dip shots like Typ... some people who are so desperate they make things up obviously could care less about the law, or thinking.

I think that "Under age" Is just what the goverment uses to prevent babies in young school girls, babies need attention, more so then school, so then little girls (9-17) Have babys cant support them, and cant make it to school because of.

As for my personal view of underage sex.

Under 13 NO, NEVER
under 18 When you feel its right to do it, and your BOTH ready, then go for it.

Im 14, and I am not saying this because I want to get laid, but if a girl really wants to have sex and become a crackwhore at 12, that's her problem. If a 15 year old girl agrees to/asks to have sex with a man over 18, he shouldn't be charged with rape, especially if she willingly had sex with that guy. It might sound very discusting when someone mentions a guy at 18 having sex with a girl at 14, but she was the one that said okay when it came to sex. If she said no, but he did it anyways, that is rape. It shouldn't be rape if a girl was the one asking for it, or wanted it. I believe it is okay if a guy at 15 has sex with girls. It really doesn't bother me. If I have a son, I won't give a shit if he wants to have sex, as long as he wraps it and doesn't come home saying 'Dad, my girlfriend is pregnant'.
