if i go buy a PREPAID DEBIT CARD from a bank idk what it is i think its CHASE.
Do i need a bank account and or do will it come automatically a visa card? Or do i need to buy a visa somewhere else..

 

You don't buy them from a bank or something, go to a gas station and ask for a visa gift card, how ever much money you give them will be on the card, it's the exact same thing as a gift card, well except you can use it online.

 

the thing is. i bought a visa gift card once it said i can use it whenever but it didnt work when i went to buy membership

 

thats probably because jagex doesnt allow it. if you live in the US just SMS a pin.. i think thats one of the easiest. im not in USA though so dont ask

Just go to a shopping centre and ask for a safe online shop voucher.

Rs members accepts it.
