I got a new phone and cannot access my Two factor log in.

• Recovery phone number - [removed]
• Provide current e-mail address - [removed]
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present - Atlbraves341
• If you have donated directly through PayPal
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

 

Is there any way you can post from a home IP connected to your account?

I can't post from a previous IP because I moved. I can give some information about the account.

The email is [removed], I've traded several times in the league, RS and steam forums. I have a password reset request in my email from 6/27/16 and it was changed almost a year earlier. I dont know if the phone number i provided is even attached to the account, its just my old phone number. I can talk through skype too if that'll help. I also have had a signature violation and wasting staff time infraction if that can help, lol.

 

Where did you live before and what are your previous ISPs?

 

You also seemed to log in from a state on the west coast - which would this be? What is your mobile provider?

 

if it was recently and potentially the same as this post, its probably cause I’m on my phone at work. I have verizon wireless. Most of the ips should be from North carolina, unless mobile is different.

unless its me on my phone, I have no idea. I don’t know if you can see ip from each post, or just recent, but the one from last night and most others from this thread are my home ip now. Then a couple should be me on my phone.

 

Your mobile log ins seem consistent and your history of location lines up. 2fa removed.

Please re-add 2fa to your account and secure your one-time-use code somewhere good if you ever find yourself locked out again.
