Maxed Main Staker from Casper

Just to clarify i don't think Casper scammed me but his account that i bought from him was recovered.
I'm using this post to help get Casper to recover my account before the pin is reset and I lose my items.

I bought a max staker from Old beast who bought it from casper and It was confirmed by casper before and after the sale. I have all the proof of this.

I just need help recovering it because i haven't been able to log in for the past week .

Jagex wont let me get it back because i don't have the original creation Ip.
