scammed 8b soulplay

So i had been talking to this guy for about a week waited all day for him to get off work(we're on opposite sleep schedules(supposedly))and i went to sell him 8b from soulplay and i gave him the items he said he was loading up osrs and coming to lumby then he stops replying..

Ive never done this scam report thing before but if i could possibly get back some of what i lost that would be great
