Runescape private server question.

hello guys im extremely new so dont judge me to harsh if i dont know what im talking about. My question is would it be possible to play rsc without a server? like just have the world and be able to play it like you would a game you bought from the store. Just wondering......

Yes, in theory you could, if you had your own private server and made your computer act as a server. It'd lag the hell out of you, but it would work.

Why??

he wouldnt lag that bad if it was just him self rofl.
