how to make a runescape private server!!! free

1.start by making a folder on your desktop by right clicking on the desktop(anywhere where there is free space) and click new folder.
2.name it server
3. make two new folders in it, one called server, and one called source
4.go to any of these sites. These all have a different private server source.

5.make sure to SAVE it!!! do not open it!!!
6.open the folder on your desktop you named server, and click the other server folder inside it.
7.move the private server you downloaded into it, and copy it.
8.go to source, and paste it there.
9.open up server again.(the one inside the first server)
10.right click and press extract.(if you dont see it, download winrar at www.rarlab.com )
11.do the same to the one in source.

13. go to the extracted folder in your server folder
14. locate the compile tool
15. press edit
16. if the words inside it arent as long as the text in part 12, locate the compile and run(or whatever else you can find with compile on it(make sure that the icon isnt notepad))
17. go to the source folder and do the same.
18. Find anything that says run in your extracted private server folder(in the server folder)
19. start it up
18. go on to www.moparscape.org
19. open a seperate internet explorer/explorer tab, and go to whatismyip.com or whatismyip.org
20. write down that ip
21. go to the moparscape internet
22. if you get a blue screen, read the terms and conditions, and say yes at the bottom
23. when it opens up, click the flash screen quickly
24. when it starts up, click on start server.
25. press the button under what it says.
26. make a username and password, and in the ip part, put in the ip you wrote down
27. log in!!!
28. enjoy it, tell friends bout your server, and get traffic to it!

well, when you find the compile log right click it and edit it.
press ctl+A and press delete
copy what i put in the tut and put it there

Wow this is the worst guide i have ever seen.
Only an idiot would use their ip to host.
You didn't even go into the basic JDK needs.
You didn't tell us how to portforward.
You missed out a whole lot of stuff
2/10 for the most

 

nice batch file... the second most complex batch file i have seen.

 

I dont think this guide is very good. How would people be able to join your internet provider, and you havn't even explained how to open the port or portforward.
