Melendez216 Scammer

Hi,

Melendez216 wanted me to train 50-72 mining. He was constantly saying he would pay in a few hours and then said he trouble buying the gold from Bogla.

He gave me the account information and i trained 50-58 mining without payment (maybe stupid of me but i'm still beginning my skilling service so i tried to be as nice as possible).

Today he said he would pay me. I tried to logon his account to train some more, and he changed his password, which is not a problem if he had let me know he didn't want to proceed the service i would have gave him the xp i trained for free since i'm offering a free skilling service atm anyway. Since he tries to call me out for taking stuff off his account i'm putting the whole conversation i had with him on here, since he's being a nasty guy himself.

I also seen some other people have problems with him:

I told ocho I would have the money on the account in the morning

 

When I got on the account, I had a mil missing from my cash pile

 

So I changed password and did not request any further service from ocho

 

Not really seeing the issue here, I havent "scammed anybody. I saw the money missing this morning it freaked me out because he didn' say anything to me about taking it

 

And I'm not being ugly to anybody, ocho is going out of his way posting on my thread calling me a scammer thats why I replied in the first place. I haven' had any issue with anyone else those screenshots are just of people being sour because I didn' want to go first in a trade with a newcomer. Is that not fair?

 

Also highkid was just upset because he kept going back and fourth in prices for 2 days so we couldn't come to a deal .

 

So you're suggesting he stole your money essentially? If you have no proof to back up these claims, then you're required to pay what is owed for the service he's done so far.

Also I'm not sure why you'd log into the account mid-service as his ToS states:

How could a mill be missing from the cashpile if the bank was 350K total (seen here)? You never seemed to say anything regarding that after he said it in all of the PM's sent between you two. Regardless if you have no proof of your claims you're entitled to payout what is owed.

What's not fair is you stalling him for payment after he completed a service for you. Not to mention the other accusations you have on that thread worry me a lot.

 

All i took from your bank is a stamina potion to get to the mining spot mate

 

I never confirmed via pm that there was 350k on the account

 

Im not even pissed about the 1m its not a big deal I wasnt even going to report him as a scammer I just wasnt going to do any more dealing because people are skeezy

 

And I logged into the account to see if he had done what he said he had before I paid him.

 

Howcome you never mentioned anything, and brushed it off to the side when he said that? Anyways let me know once you've paid @Ocho8 for the service he's completed so far.

That's irrelevant as you have no proof to back up your claims. I told you what to do above.

 

What proof do you want? Your arrogant to say that it is irrelevant that he took my money. So his claims are irrelevant as Well? Get off your power trip

You're making claims he took your money, and I asked you to provide proof to back this up. You've failed to provide any proof, stalled his payment, and have other outstanding accusations on you currently.

Already you can take this to a dispute, adios.
