Are you born left handed/right handed or is it just because you used it a lot more frequently when you were younger?

You can be naturally dominant in one hand but still use the other just as good, for example Rafael Nadal was born right handed and is naturally right handed but plays left handed.

 

It depends, my mom told me that I'm left handed because I picked up my old mickey mouse spoon with my left hand while trying to eat applesauce and she let it be, ever since then I've been using my left.
