account recovery

i cant seem to recover my osrs account, ive only ever had 1 password on the account and my requests keep getting denied. i dont know what to do, any tips or help?

 

Try to get to original location where you created the account, It is the most important thing in account recovery. I think in the email where it says that you account recovery has been denied, it tells you what information you need to provide.

 

As WWW stated, make sure you are using the same IP address to attempt to recover as where the account was created, provide membership details of how you paid transaction ID’s etc and use the email that’s registered to recover the account to

 

Give as much detail as you can from the earliest date that helps
